How tax works on these prices

Private clients (vacation and family, weddings and elopements, proposals and couples, and portraits for individuals) see prices with 21% IVA included. The figure you see is the figure you pay, and the net amount is printed under each price so you can see the split. Booking a portrait for your company? We invoice the net amount plus 21% IVA.

Work invoiced to a business (food and beverage, events, social content) is shown net, with 21% IVA added on the invoice. The Small Social Event is shown with IVA included, because birthdays and christenings are usually booked by private people, and the other event cards also show the total with IVA. If your business is registered for VAT in another EU country, send us your VAT number and the invoice is issued under the reverse charge, with no Spanish IVA.

Paying, cancelling and moving a date

Sessions, proposals and private events. 30% when you book, 70% on the morning of the session or event. If you cancel after the 14 day withdrawal period, the booking payment is kept; if you tell us at least 72 hours before and we rebook the slot, we refund it. One free date change up to 72 hours before, later changes 30 EUR. For proposals we decide together at 9 am on the day if the weather makes it impossible: a new time, a new date within 12 months, or a full refund.

Elopements and weddings. 30% when you book, 40% fourteen days before, and the last 30% once the completed proof gallery is ready and before full resolution downloads open. If you cancel after the 14 day withdrawal period: more than 6 months before, the booking payment (30%); from 6 months to 61 days, 40% of the total; 60 days or less, 60% of the total. If we book the same date with a similar event, we refund everything above the booking payment. The first date change is free if we are available, later changes 100 EUR.

Your 14 day right of withdrawal. If you book online or by email, you can withdraw within 14 days of booking without giving a reason.

If we cancel for a reason within our control, you get a full refund plus an extra amount equal to the booking payment. If one of us is ill, we offer a new date first, and a substitute photographer only with your approval; otherwise you get a full refund. For events outside anyone's control (an official ban, a natural event, a documented serious illness or a death in your close family) we offer a new date within 12 months first, otherwise a full refund.

Business clients. Private events such as birthdays, christenings and private parties follow the session terms above. For businesses: 50% at booking, 50% on delivery of the proof gallery, invoices due in 15 days, no withdrawal period. Cancelling more than 14 days before the shoot keeps the booking payment; 14 days or less, 100% of the fee plus third party costs already committed.

Prices are reviewed each January. The price on your confirmed booking is the price you pay.
