How tax works on these prices

Sessions for private clients (family and vacation, weddings and elopements, proposals and couples) are shown with 21% IVA included. The figure you see is the figure you pay, and the net amount is printed under each price so you can see the split.

Work invoiced to a business (food and beverage, events, personal branding, social content) is shown net, with 21% IVA added on the invoice. If your business is registered for VAT in another EU country, send us your VAT number and the invoice is issued under the reverse charge, with no Spanish IVA.

Booking, cancelling and moving a date

A reserva of 30% holds your date. It is not refundable, because it is what takes the date off the calendar, and it comes off the total rather than being added to it. A further 40% falls due two weeks before the shoot and the last 30% on delivery.

If you cancel: more than six months out you lose only the reserva. Between six and two months, the reserva plus 25% of the balance. Under two months, the full price, because at that point the date can no longer be filled. If we cancel for any reason within our control, we refund everything you have paid plus an equivalent amount on top. Documented serious illness, a death in the family or an official ban on events means a full refund with nothing retained.

Prices are reviewed each January. Whatever the published list says later, the price on your signed booking is the price you pay. Booking early locks the figure as well as the date.

Moving the date is always easier than cancelling. The first change is free if we are free on your new date. If we are not, you get everything back except the reserva, or a photographer of equivalent standard, your choice. Later changes carry a 100 EUR admin fee.
