Children stop performing after ten minutes

You are in Madrid for a week, or you live here and the kids have changed again since the last time anyone took a proper photo. Either way this is a walking session, not a studio sitting.

We shoot while your family does something: walking through Retiro, eating churros, arguing about which ice cream. Children stop performing after about ten minutes and that is when the session actually starts. We plan for it.

Where we shoot

Retiro and the Rosaleda for green and open space. Malasaña and Chueca for colour and street texture. Casa de Campo for late afternoon light and room to run. Your apartment or terrace if the kids are small and morning naps rule the day.

Timing with children

Book the first two hours after sunrise or the last two before sunset. In Madrid in July that means 08:00 or 20:30. In December, 09:30 or 17:00. We give you the exact window for your dates when you book.
