Contact form data covers name, email, the selected service and date, and the message. It is used only to answer the enquiry and quote for the work. The legal basis is the consent given with the checkbox on the form, together with legitimate interest in replying to enquiries. It is not used for marketing and is not shared.

This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or remarketing scripts, so there is no consent banner. Audience measurement uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it records the page viewed, the referring site, and a country and device type derived from the IP address, which Cloudflare does not retain. Visitors cannot be identified from it.

Page fonts are served from this domain, so no request reaches Google Fonts. Netlify server logs record standard technical request data including IP address in order to serve the site. No video, map or social media widget is embedded.

Data processors: Netlify for hosting and for receiving and storing contact form submissions, and Cloudflare for cookieless audience measurement. Contact form data is kept about two years unless a legal requirement extends it.
