## How tax works
Sessions for private clients, meaning family and vacation, weddings, elopements, proposals and couples, are shown with 21% IVA included. The net amount is printed under each price. Work invoiced to a business, meaning food and beverage, events, personal branding and social content, is shown net with 21% IVA added on the invoice. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge with no Spanish IVA.

## Booking terms
Reserva 30% at booking, non-refundable, deducted from the total. 40% two weeks before the shoot. 30% on delivery. Cancellation: more than 6 months out, only the reserva is lost; 6 to 2 months, reserva plus 25% of the balance; under 2 months, the full price. If the studio cancels for a reason within its control, everything paid is refunded plus an equivalent amount. Force majeure, documented serious illness or an official ban on events means a full refund. First date change free if the studio is available, later changes 100 EUR.
