# Questions before you book

## Which languages do you work in?
English. Every booking runs in fluent, native-level English. Turkish and Croatian are also native, and Croatian covers Serbian and Bosnian. Spanish is basic, so a service handled entirely in Spanish is not something we offer yet.

## Do you both shoot every session?
No. Some packages include both of us and say so, the rest include one photographer. For proposals and branding portraits one photographer is usually better. For weddings and larger events two cameras earn their keep.

## Do you travel outside Madrid?
Yes. Segovia, Toledo, Chinchon, Aranjuez and the Sierra de Guadarrama are within an hour and covered as normal work. Further in Spain is quoted separately and agreed before you commit.

## Is IVA included in your prices?
For private clients, yes, at 21%, with the net amount printed under each price. Business work is shown net with 21% added on the invoice. EU businesses with a VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge.

## How many photos do we get?
A 30 minute proposal is 25 edited photos, an hour-long family session 45, a four hour elopement 250, a full wedding day 600. Event packages run from 80 to 300. All at full resolution, plus a web-sized set.

## Can we use the photos for our business?
Local restaurant and brand packages include a full licence for your own channels with no time limit and no extra fee. Paid advertising, outdoor and print campaigns are licensed separately. Private clients get full personal usage rights.

## How soon will we get our photos?
Highlights within 48 hours. Full galleries in 5 working days for events, 7 for proposals, 10 for sessions and elopements, 20 for full weddings.

## What happens if it rains?
We watch the forecast and either move to the next clear day or shift to an indoor location or covered landmark we already know.

## Do you have a studio?
No. We are on-location photographers, in Madrid's streets and parks for private clients and at your restaurant, studio or office for business work.

## Do you retouch the photos?
Every photo is edited for colour, light and our grading. No heavy body alteration or plastic skin retouching unless you ask for it as an extra.

## Do we get the RAW files?
No. A RAW file is unfinished work, the grading is applied afterwards and the delivered set is curated. Under Spanish copyright law the edit is part of the authorship. You receive every selected frame at full resolution, fully edited, with usage rights for your purpose.

## How do we book, and what do you take up front?
A reserva of 30% of the total holds the date. It is not refundable because it takes the date off the calendar, and it comes off the total. A further 40% is due two weeks before the shoot, the remaining 30% on delivery.

## What if we have to cancel?
More than six months out, only the reserva is lost. Between six and two months, the reserva plus 25% of the balance. Under two months, the full contracted price. If the studio cancels for a reason within its control, everything paid is refunded plus an equivalent amount. Documented serious illness or hospitalisation, a death in the family, or an official ban on events means a full refund with nothing retained.

## Can we move the date instead?
Yes. The first change is free if the studio is available on the new date. If not, everything except the reserva is refunded, or a photographer of equivalent standard is proposed. Later changes carry a 100 EUR admin fee.

## Do you also film weddings?
Yes. Film is quoted per wedding rather than sold as a fixed package. There is no wedding film in the portfolio to show yet, and the price reflects that.
