# Cookie policy

This website sets no cookies. There are no first party cookies, no third party cookies, no tag manager and no advertising or remarketing tags, and nothing is written to browser local or session storage. Because nothing beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the requested page is stored on or read from a visitor device, no consent banner is required and none is shown.

Audience measurement uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, chosen because it works without cookies. It sets nothing on the device, writes nothing to browser storage and does not follow visitors to other websites. It records the page viewed, the referring site, and a country and device type derived from the IP address, which Cloudflare does not retain.

Netlify, the hosting provider, records standard technical request data such as IP address in server logs in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. That is a server side record rather than a cookie and it is not used to profile visitors or target advertising.

Page fonts are served from this domain. A visitor browser does not connect to Google Fonts, so no request and no IP address reaches Google when a page loads.

If anything is ever introduced that stores or reads data on a visitor device, this policy is updated first and consent is requested before it runs. Nothing is set on the basis of silence.
